• Prospect data (Leads): Names, work email addresses, job titles, company names, LinkedIn URLs, phone numbers — sourced from Apollo.io's public B2B database
• Usage data: Dashboard activity, feature usage, login times
• Communication data: Email content, reply text, SMS content used in outreach campaigns
• Cost and performance data: API usage metrics, campaign performance data

3. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver our B2B outreach automation services to you
• To find and contact prospects on your behalf using your ICP criteria

• To process payments and manage subscriptions

4. Prospect Data and CAN-SPAM / GDPR

All prospect data comes from Apollo.io's public B2B database of business contacts. This data represents individuals in their professional capacity. We comply with:

• CAN-SPAM Act: Every email includes an unsubscribe link, sender identification, and physical address
• GDPR (EU/UK): We process business contact data under legitimate interest for B2B marketing purposes
• CASL (Canada): We target verified business contacts with relevant B2B offerings

Opt-outs are processed immediately and permanently. We never email opted-out contacts again.

6. Data Retention

• Active client data: retained for the duration of your subscription
• Post-cancellation: client data retained for 90 days, then deleted
• Lead/prospect data: retained for 24 months from last activity
• Cost and error logs: retained for 12 months

• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
